TScan Therapeutics (TCRX) said Monday that 11 of 14 patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation achieved complete donor chimerism within about 3 weeks of receiving an initial dose of TSC-101 in a phase 1 trial.
The treatment was well-tolerated with safety outcomes matching an earlier patient group and typical post-transplant side effects, TScan Therapeutics said.
The data "support our planned transition into the pivotal phase 3 study of TSC-101 this month," CEO Gavin MacBeath said.
TScan shares were 1.5% lower in premarket trading.
