Coles Group's (ASX:COL) proposed acquisition for the development of a Coles supermarket within an existing shopping centre in New South Wales is under phase 1 review by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), the regulator said Tuesday.
The proposed Coles supermarket is anticipated to open in September 2027, the regulator said.
