Hokuhoku Financial to Dispose of 122 Million Yen in Treasury Shares Under Compensation Plan

Hokuhoku Financial Group (TYO:8377) board approved the disposal of 17,945 treasury shares totaling 122.3 million yen under its performance-linked stock compensation plan.

The shares were allocated to five directors, excluding outside directors, 13 directors of the subsidiaries, and 22 executive officers of subsidiaries, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The disposal is scheduled for July 23.
