Luxury watch company Cortina (SGX:C41) completed the transition of the retail operations in Victoria, Australia, from a certain luxury retailer to its subsidiary, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Cortina (Australia) will now operate the business at the Chadstone Shopping Centre and is in advanced talks with a brand to expand its distribution and boutique network across the country.
