GemLife Communities (ASX:GLF) declared a dividend of AU$0.011 per share for the 12 months ending June 30, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The dividend will be paid on Aug. 28 to holders of record as of June 30, the filing said.
The company's shares were down nearly 1% in recent Monday trade.
