Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) declared a dividend of AU$0.2584 per security for the half year through June, payable Aug. 31 to shareholders of record as of June 30, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said its total distribution for the year ending June 30 will be AU$0.5067 per security, representing a 6% increase on the prior year's distribution of AU$0.4780.
Charter Hall shares fell nearly 2% in recent Monday trade.
