World Kinect Boosts Quarterly Dividend by 15%

World Kinect is boosting its quarterly dividend by 15% to 23 cents a share, up from 20 cents.

The new payout, equal to 92 cents a year, represents a 2.9% annual yield based on the company's Thursday closing price of $31.12.

The dividend will be paid on July 16 to shareholders of record as of June 30.

"The Board's approval of a 15% increase to our quarterly dividend reflects confidence in our business and our continued focus on returning capital to shareholders," Chief Financial Officer Mike Tejada said.
