Finder Energy Holdings (ASX:FDR) said it issued 12 million fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.50 per share to raise AU$6 million to Amplus Energy (Holdings) and substantial shareholder, Longreach Capital Investment, under the second tranche of the placement, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The issuance followed the receipt of required shareholder approvals on June 12.
