Advanced Drainage Systems unveiled its long-term outlook, guiding for recent acquisitions and organic growth to provide a lift to both revenue and earnings over the coming years.
The company--which provides wastewater-management products and solutions across various industries--said on Thursday that it expects revenue to top $4 billion in its fiscal 2030, up nearly $1 billion from the $3.05 billion it notched last year.
The increase accounts for more than 8% organic growth, as well as the benefit of recent acquisitions, such as its deal last fall to buy the water-management business of Germany's Norma Group for roughly $1 billion.
Advanced Drainage also guided for adjusted Ebitda--or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization--of more than $1.2 billion in fiscal 2030, up from $963 million last year.
And cash from operations is expected to top $900 million in fiscal 2030, up from $819 million a year ago.
Advanced Drainage has about $5 billion available to deploy to help fuel growth.
The company said it will prioritize capital expenditures including new product innovation and production and capacity improvements, as well as strategic acquisitions and share buybacks.
