TS Financial (TPE:2887) unit Shin Kong Bank acquired the right-of-use of office space and parking facilities in Taipei, Taiwan, for NT$34.2 million, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Shares slid about 1% in Thursday's midday trade.
The five-year lease was signed with The Great Taipei Gas, the financial services provider said.
