Betmakers Technology Group's (ASX:BET) board approved a variation to the employment agreement of its Chief Executive Officer, Jake Henson, increasing the notice period to 12 months, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The notice period applies on a reciprocal basis, so that either the firm or Henson must give 12 months' notice to terminate the employment agreement without cause. No consideration will be paid by either party in connection with the change.
Its shares fell 3% in recent trading on Friday.
