2335 GMT - Flight Centre is likely to experience a mild hangover from its 4Q troubles, reckons Morgans analyst Belinda Moore. "While a peace agreement and eased travel restrictions are positive, we think 1H27 will still be challenging," Morgans says. It forecasts a strong recovery in 2H 2027. "If it wasn't for this conflict, Flight Centre would have had a great year given its results for the first nine months were strong," says Morgans. It retains a buy call on Flight Centre and raises its price target by 1.7% to A$14.80/share. Morgans points out that after a period of material share price weakness, Flight Centre now trades on an FY 2027 price-to-earnings multiple of only 11.8X. Flight Centre ended Wednesday at A$12.44.
