Greentown China (HKG:3900) said Hong Kong authorities searched its local office as part of a corruption investigation into a former director, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The firm said it is assisting with the Independent Commission Against Corruption of Hong Kong and that its business operations remain normal in all material aspects.
