Infratil (ASX:IFT, NZE:IFT) appointed Chief Financial Officer Andrew Carroll to the newly created role of chief operating officer, according to Tuesday filings with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
Deputy CFO Matt Ross has been appointed chief financial officer, reporting to Carroll, the filing added.
