Atlas Arteria Says IFM Global Stake Increases to Over 38%

Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX) said that IFM Global Infrastructure Fund subsidiary Diamond Infraco 1 and its affiliates raised their stake in the company to 38.26% from 34.48% as of Monday, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

IFM Global now holds 555.3 million securities of the company, per the filing. A further 1.34% of securities are held by or on behalf of clients of IFM investors and/or IFM nominees in listed equities funds.

Atlas Arteria previously rejected IFM's AU$5.10 per security off-market takeover bid.
