Paradigm Biopharmaceuticals Completes Enrollment in Knee Osteoarthritis Trial; Shares Gain 7%

Paradigm Biopharmaceuticals (ASX:PAR) completed enrollment in a phase 3 clinical trial to evaluate its Zilosul injectable pentosan polysulfate sodium for the treatment of pain linked to knee osteoarthritis, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said 538 participants have started treatment in the study, surpassing the original target of 466 participants.
An interim analysis of the trial remains on track for September, while top-line results are due in the first quarter of 2027, the company said.
