Similarweb shares were 12% higher, at $4.92, after the company said it has surpassed $300 million in annual recurring revenue, and signed two multi-year enterprise contracts, each representing seven-figure ARR commitments.

The business technology company said that collectively, these contracts represent $47 million in total contract value, to be recognized over the next three years.

The contracts were signed during the second quarter of 2026.

Similarweb said these contracts are separate from, and in addition to, the large contracts that were deferred from the fourth quarter of 2025, one of which was subsequently signed during the first quarter of 2026.
