Aurum Resources (ASX:AUE) said its managing director, Caigen Wang, invested AU$840,000 in the firm, subscribing for 1.4 million fully-paid ordinary shares at AU$0.60 per share, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The shares were issued following shareholder approval at its general meeting held on Tuesday. Following the investment, Wang now holds a 4% stake in Aurum's issued shares.
