Barton Gold Completes Follow-Up Drilling at South Australia Silver Discovery; Shares Fall 3%

Barton Gold Holdings (ASX:BGD) completed 3,677 meters of expedited follow-up reverse circulation drilling at its Tolmer silver discovery, located at its South Australian Tarcoola gold project, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Drilling across 33 holes was targeted to infill the high-grade zone on a different orientation, test continuity as well as a potential new interpretation of local geological controls, and to test potential extensions of this mineralization, the filing said.
The company's shares declined nearly 3% in recent trading on Thursday.
