Amaero (ASX:3DA) said schemes of arrangement for Amaero US HoldCo to become its new parent company and re-domicile the firm to Delaware in the US have become effective, according to a late Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The schemes took effect with the lodging of Federal Court approval orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

Amaero shares were suspended from Australian trading at the market's close on Thursday. Amaero US HoldCo's CHESS depositary interests will start trading on the ASX on a deferred settlement basis on Friday, per the filing.
