Zhejiang Jiemei Electronic and Technology (SHE:002859) plans to early redeem convertible bonds worth up to 600 million yuan on June 23, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.
The Jiemei Convertible Bond will be redeemed for 101.27 yuan per bond.
The convertible bond's last trading day will be on June 16 and its last conversion day is on June 22.
The electronic components manufacturer's shares fell 3% during the midday trade.
