Syntara (ASX:SNT) completed its share purchase plan, with applications received totalling around AU$840,000, and a total of 31.2 million new fully paid ordinary shares will be issued, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Shares were offered under the plan at an issue price of AU$0.027 apiece.
It will use the proceeds alongside the AU$8 million raised via a placement to fund five key clinical trial readouts within the year, to progress current licensing discussions across the pipeline, and to prepare for a phase 2b study.
