Applied Digital Shares Fall on $1.59 Billion Notes Pricing

Applied Digital shares fell after the company announced the pricing of$1.59 billion of 7% senior secured notes due 2031.

Shares were recently down 5.7% at $39.54 Wednesday, but are up 62% year to date.

The company will use the money to build a fourth facility at its Polaris Forge 1 AI campus in North Dakota. The new building is planned for 150 megawatts of IT power.

Applied Digital also will repay a bridge loan, set aside funds for debt payments, and cover deal costs. The company is guaranteeing completion of the project.
