Skyworks Solutions (SWKS) on Tuesday launched its Si829x isolated safety gate driver, designed to enhance inverted efficiency and reduce system costs for electric vehicles.
The company said that the gate driver also has applications in hybrid electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids, eTrucking, eAgriculture, robotaxis, and electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft.
Skyworks said it plans to complete production activities by the end of July.
