Domo now plans to release its fiscal first-quarter results after the market closes on June 15.
The company had previously been expected to disclose the quarterly results following Tuesday's closing bell.
The artificial-intelligence and data-products platform said Monday that it will require additional time to complete its financial statements. The company noted it intends to file an NT 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission in order to secure the extension.
Domo earlier this year initiated a review of strategic alternatives, which may include investment, sale or a merger. The company hasn't set a timetable for the evaluation process, the goal of which is to maximize shareholder value and look for areas of further growth.
