Immutep (ASX:IMM) said JPMorgan Chase & Co. and its affiliates ceased to be substantial holders of the company on June 5, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
JPMorgan Chase & Co. and its affiliates became substantial holders on June 3 with a 5.2% voting power, an earlier filing showed.
Immutep's shares were down past 2% in recent Wednesday trade.
