Flight Centre Travel Group (ASX:FLT) said JPMorgan Chase and its affiliates became substantial holders of the firm on Tuesday after acquiring voting power of 5.47%, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
JPMorgan holds 11.3 million ordinary securities of the firm.
Its shares rose 1% in recent trading on Friday.
