1826 ET - RH is betting that its new concept RH Estates will help it win a greater share of the luxury home furnishing market. The brand will offer products in a traditional, classic style, as opposed to the modern and contemporary styles the company has focused on in recent years, according to Chief Executive Gary Friedman. "The traditional classic market represents about 60% of the luxury home market. And today we're just vastly under penetrated in that market," Friedman says during a call with analysts. The company thinks it can build its business around those three major aesthetics going forward, he says. (kelly.cloonan@wsj.com)
