Vail Resorts Fiscal Q3 Earnings, Revenue Decline; Shares Fall After Hours

Vail Resorts (MTN) reported fiscal Q3 net income late Monday of $8.81 per diluted share, down from $10.46 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $8.95.
Revenue for the quarter ended April 30 fell to $1.21 billion from $1.30 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $1.20 billion.
The company kept its quarterly dividend at $2.22 a share, payable on July 9 to shareholders of record on June 25.
Shares of Vail Resorts were down 4.5% in after-hours activity.
