Crisil Ratings reaffirmed its AAA rating on Gujarat Energy's (NSE:GUJGASLTD, BOM:539336) long-term bank facilities worth 33.5 billion Indian rupees, according to an Indian bourse filing on Wednesday.
The rating outlook is stable, the filing said.
The rating agency said the affirmation reflects the company's strong business profile, leading position in India's city gas distribution sector, significant gas trading operations, and strong financial risk profile.
Crisil also noted that Gujarat Energy maintained a net debt-negative position and strong liquidity as of March 31, 2026.
