Thai Beverage's Earnings Expected to Weaken -- Market Talk

Dow Jones
Jun 10

0338 GMT - Thai Beverage's weaker 1H FY 2026 earnings have prompted RHB Research to be more cautious on its earnings estimates. The beer brewer recently reported a slight decline in its overall revenue and earnings from a year earlier, says analyst Alfie Yeo in a note. The performance of individual segments also remained mixed, reflecting uneven growth and recovery trajectory, he adds. RHB trims its FY 2026, FY 2027 and FY 2028 earnings forecasts for the company by 4%, 10% and 11%, respectively. It also lowers its target price for the stock to 56 Singapore cents from S$0.62, while maintaining a buy rating. Shares are last 3.4% lower at S$0.43. (amanda.lee@wsj.com)
