1632 ET - Lululemon's incoming CEO, former Nike executive Heidi O'Neill, faces a slate of growing headwinds at the athleisure apparel maker. Lululemon says it's contending with recent challenges after what it called a solid start to the fiscal year, and is now working to take additional steps to reposition and bolster its product offerings. "We recognize that we have more work to do," interim co-CEO André Maestrini says. O'Neill is set to take the reins at Lululemon in September. Analysts have said they don't expect any meaningful improvement for Lululemon's results until O'Neill, and some new board members, are in their roles for at least a few months.
