BitGo (BTGO) has launched electronic trading for clients in the Middle East and North Africa, the digital asset infrastructure and services outfit announced Monday.

BitGo will provide regulated custody, trading, financing, and wallet services for cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin, under a broker-dealer license issued by the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority of Dubai.

The company allows clients to execute trades while assets remain securely held in BitGo's custody infrastructure, mitigating counter-party risk and insured up to $250 million.
