dorsaVi (ASX:DVL) demonstrated predictable, fully reversible resistive random-access memory (RRAM) cell behavior at operating temperatures up to 150 degrees Celsius, proving the technology's reliability under extreme conditions, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Testing showed stable performance in a symmetrical heating-cooling sequence from room temperature to 150 degrees Celsius and back, the filing said.
The company added that the results establish a foundation for dynamic, temperature-aware voltage optimization, enabling future chips to reduce power consumption and eliminate unnecessary electrical overdrive.
