Atturra (ASX:ATA) appointed Kunal Shah as its Chief Financial Officer, effective July 6, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Outgoing CFO Herb To will continue to support an orderly transition and will remain with the firm until Sept. 1.
Shah previously served as CFO before Atturra's listing in 2021.
