Anixa Biosciences Says Canadian IP Office Issues Notice of Allowance for Patent Covering Ovarian Cancer Vaccine Technology

Anixa Biosciences (ANIX) said Monday that the Canadian Intellectual Property Office has issued a notice of allowance for a patent covering the company's ovarian cancer vaccine technology.

The patent, exclusively licensed from Cleveland Clinic, includes methods of administering an immunogenic composition comprising a nucleic acid encoding the anti-Mullerian hormone receptor 2 polypeptide, the company said.
