Downer EDI (ASX:DOW, NZE:DOW) repurchased 110,870 ordinary shares on May 29 for AU$900,120 in total as part of an on-market buyback, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company plans to repurchase up to 33.6 million of its ordinary shares, the filing said.
