Greenwich LifeSciences (GLSI) said Monday its new auditor continues to audit the company's Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, which includes the 2024 audit.
The company said it believes the audit is in its final stages of approval.
Greenwich LifeSciences said accounts payable adjustments were related to its ongoing global phase III clinical trial and an unexpectedly large increase in screening and patient enrollment in Europe during 2024 and 2025.
The company does not believe the adjustments are material to it or its investors and that they do not change the company's fundamentals, it said.
Greenwich LifeSciences said that the shift in expenses does not affect its cash balance or net cash used in operating activities. The company said it had a cash balance of $10.5 million as of March 31, which it said exceeded its 2025 net cash used in operating activities of around $9.9 million.
