Scilex (SCLX) filed a registration statement late Tuesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for an offering of 2.08 million shares.
The company also registered an offering of 6.58 million shares and 490,617 warrants by selling holders.
Scilex said it would not receive proceeds from any securityholder sales, but could receive cash from warrant exercises.
