Fathom (FTHM) said Friday it has received a notice from Nasdaq stating that it is not in compliance with a listing rule because it has not filed its quarterly report for the period ended March 31 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company said Nasdaq has provided 60 calendar days from the date of notice, or until July 21, to submit a plan to regain compliance.
Fathom said it is working to file the quarterly report as soon as practicable.
