Gulf Resources (GURE) received a delinquency notice from Nasdaq for failing to comply with its listing rules due to a delayed filing of its quarterly report, the company said late Friday.
The company, which also received a notice from the exchange in April for failing to file its annual report, is required to submit a plan to regain compliance by June 22.
If Nasdaq accepts its plan, the company may have until Oct. 12 to regain compliance.
