0830 GMT - Boustead Singapore's real-estate solutions division is likely to be a key growth driver, OCBC Global Research's Ada Lim says in an email, citing the company's order backlog worth around 746 million Singapore dollars. While gains could be offset by higher construction costs, the analyst notes that the segment's order win traction has been recently robust, as Singapore's industrial sector saw a pick-up in activity. Meanwhile, Boustead's geospatial division, which provides mapping software, should be able to shrug off the blip in its FY 2026 results given its stable growth trajectory into FY 2027, she adds. OCBC raises its fair-value estimate to S$2.67 from S$2.45 and maintains a buy rating. Shares rise 0.9% to S$2.20. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
