0022 GMT - Judo Capital's bull at Citi likes the additional capital flexibility generated by the Australian business lender's securitization program. Analyst Thomas Strong tells clients in a note that the A$750 million transaction, under which Judo is securitizing some lending to small- and medium-sized enterprises, materially reduces capital intensity. He explains that the unlocked capital will support future lending growth and augment Judo's capital-management framework. In Strong's view, this flexibility more than offsets what he calls a very minor earnings impact. Citi retains its buy rating. It has a A$2.20 target price on the stock, which is up 12% at A$1.555.
