Boeing (BA) was found not guilty of hiding safety issues with a set of 737 MAX jets it had sold to LOT Polish Airlines in a jury trial, multiple news outlets reported Friday.
LOT accused Boeing of fraud for allegedly hiding a change to the jet's flight controls, a modification suspected of causing deadly 737 MAX crashes in 2018 and 2019, Reuters reported.
Boeing and LOT did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
