LSI Industries (LYTS) will become the exclusive partner for Carter Thermal Industries' refrigerated display and store solutions throughout the US and Canada, effective Thursday, the company said late Wednesday.
Financial terms weren't provided.
LSI added that it plans to manufacture co-branded remote refrigeration units across its North American manufacturing footprint for scalable production and competitive lead times.
