0710 GMT - Singapore Telecommunications' shares look slightly expensive, at a 12-month forward price-earnings ratio of around 30 times, compared with its global peers, says Morningstar senior equity analyst Dan Baker in a note. "However, we believe this ratio is partly a function of a higher growth outlook and capital tied up in low, near-term earnings-generating assets like data centers," the analyst says. Morningstar raises its fair value estimate for the stock to 4.57 Singapore dollars from S$4.45. Shares are 0.4% lower at S$4.52.(amanda.lee@wsj.com)
