Pasqal and Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II (BBCQ) said Tuesday they filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission tied to their proposed merger, advancing the French quantum computing company's plans to go public.
The deal, announced in March, values Pasqal at $2 billion pre-money and is expected to generate about $500 million in gross proceeds, assuming no shareholder redemptions and completion of previously announced financing.
The combined company is expected to operate as Pasqal Holding and list on Nasdaq after the transaction closes, which is targeted for the second half of 2026.
