Pengana Capital Group (ASX:PCG) temporarily suspended its on-market share repurchase program for the duration of the offer period for the Pengana AI Private Opportunities Trust, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company plans to resume the program after the close of the offer and the disclosure of its results.
The cornerstone offer for the proposed trust is expected to open on Thursday, with the broker firm offer and general offer expected to open on June 10.
