Zscaler's Outlook Seen as Reset for Investor Expectations -- Market Talk

Dow Jones

1257 ET - Zscaler's FY27 growth framework was lower than consensus, prompting a more than 30% selloff. The cybersecurity company expects sales to increase 16% to 17%, which would be a step-down in its growth trajectory, Truist analysts say in a note. The new guidance is a reset of investor expectations, even as underlying business trends remain healthy, creating a situation where Zscaler's execution can be a key driver of upside in fiscal 2027, Truist says. Investors will be paying particular attention to new logo growth and continued platform expansion, the analysts say.(katherine.hamilton@wsj.com)
