Capri (CPRI) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted net income Wednesday of $0.22 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $4.55 a year earlier.

Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended March 28 was $796 million, down from $827 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $800 million.
For fiscal Q1, the company expects diluted EPS of $0.40 on revenue of about $750 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.31 and $790.9 million, respectively.
For fiscal 2027, the company said it expects diluted EPS of about $2.15 on revenue of about $3.53 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.79 and $3.53 billion, respectively.
Shares of the company were up 4.1% in Wednesday's premarket activity.
